A PV system is built to stand the test of time. Our Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services have been specially designed to implement the necessary schedule and procedures to maintain the efficiency and performance of the PV system unaltered over time.
Our flexible modular O&M plan can be adapted to the needs and expectations of single customers, but is always based around five essential macro elements.

Enerqos O&M offer is completed by four additional elements: physical security, insurances, logistics and guarantee extension. Physical security includes the perimeter control systems (cameras, anti-intrusion devices…) whose data are managed in coordinated manners with the rest of the collected information on each field.
Insurances cover covering all kind of damages, whether direct (fires, shortcircuits, natural events, civil responsibility, theft, acts of vandalism...) or indirect. Among indirect damages we include the failure of the PV system to receive feed-in tariff contribution in the event of production loss due to plant stoppage. Enerqos logistical capabilities make product spare parts and replacements available in short time anywhere needed, with guaranteed response and intervention time. Guarantee extension on key system components can also be required to make sure the PV system will operate at its best performance level for the entire duration of the contract.
