Solar Parking
Enerqos intends to create fully integrated PV systems in the car park segment to make sure highest feed-in tariffs schemes can be applied to its customers.
In collaboration with ESP Enerqos has developed Flexa solar parking, a modular steel canopy structure combining a modern eye-catching design with the sturdy solid characteristics required for this type of structure. Flexa solar parking can be adapted to all kind of parking slots, optimizing the usage of the surface available. Assembling is easy and does not require skilled personnel. |
Technical characteristics
The Flexa canopy has been designed to support loads of snow and wind in the worst conditions, eliminating any restrictions linked to use and location. The pillars are in tubular sections and the cover is supported by accordingly shaped IPE 220 girders and Omega section studs, which the solar panels are attached to. The angle of the cover makes it possible to increase the solar plant output. The position of the pillars was designed to avoid hampering access to vehicles, making it easy to open doors. The minimum height is 200 cm from the floor, the maximum height is 350 cm and the average height is 275 cm.
Each module houses two vehicles and contains 15 solar panels, making it possible to install up to approximately 3.5 KWp of power. All Flexa solar parking components have been hot galvanized to guarantee considerable resistance to corrosion.
