Enerqos, a leader in the design, installation and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants, has announced the appointment of Frank Dangeard to its board. The Enerqos group, which opened subsidiaries in Greece in February 2008 and in France in September 2008, is looking to continue its growth outside Italy.

At the board meeting, Enerqos Plc, has decided to increase its capital by a further 2 million Euros in order to finance its growth forecast for 2009.
“Increasing our turnover in Italy in addition to our international development, notably in France and Greece, requires supplementary resources and our associates were all in agreement,” declared Bruno Pavesi, Vice President of Finance.
“New technologies have to be put into place, new markets must be conquered, and new solutions must be offered,” says Marco Landi. “We intend to bring all these projects to fruition via our own funds and with industrial and financial partners who share our mission”.

PVTech – Milan, 25-28 November 2008.
Milan, 17 November, 2008 - Enerqos plc, a leading photovoltaic system and solar power plant construction company and ESP, an important company in the design and construction of metal structures for the photovoltaic sector, will be showcasing their new Solar Totem tracker at the PVTech 2008 exhibition, which will take place in Milan from 25-28 November. With dual-axis handling and a remote control operating system, the Solar Totem is one of the most advanced tracking systems available and will be presented to show attendees on the Enerqos stand.

Solar panels installed on the slopes of Barbaresco.
Milan, 8 October 2008 – Enerqos plc, a leading photovoltaic system and solar power plant construction company, has announced the commissioning of its installation at the Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Grésy vineyards in Barbaresco, located in the Piemonte region of north-western Italy. The installation has already begun producing “clean” electricity, which the estate uses in the production of one of Italy’s most prestigious wines. The Cisa Asinari estates are made up of three holdings which have been in the Di Grésy family since 1797.
